Is there a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

What messages count toward my usage?

Outbound messages sent by AI agents and human team members count toward your usage:

Counted Messages:

  • AI agent responses to customer inquiries
  • Messages sent by human team members to customers
  • Automated messages from your automations
  • Follow-up messages triggered by AI agents

Not Counted:

  • Incoming messages from customers
  • Internal system notifications

How do I add more credits to my account?

You can easily top up your credit balance:

  1. Visit /billing/usage or go to User MenuUsage
  2. Enter the amount you want to add (minimum $5.00)
  3. Complete secure payment via Stripe
  4. Credits are added instantly to your account

Credits never expire and can be used anytime.

What happens to unused messages at the end of the year?

Unused messages automatically roll over to the next year! They never expire.

For example:

  • Year 1: 36,000 allowance - 30,000 used = 6,000 remaining
  • Year 2: 36,000 new allowance + 6,000 rollover = 42,000 total messages

This ensures you never lose the value of your unused allowance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Contact our support team
  2. Request subscription cancellation
  3. Your subscription will be set to cancel at the end of your current billing period
  4. You retain full access until that date
  5. Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation

You can reactivate anytime during the 30-day grace period.

Can I get refunds on purchased credits?

Credits are non-refundable, but they never expire and carry over indefinitely. This ensures you always get value from your purchases.

Why did my payment fail?

Common reasons for payment failures:

You can customize their knowledge, personality, and capabilities based on your business needs. Can I customize what my AI agents say?

Yes, you have complete control over your AI agents. You can:

  • Create custom knowledge bases
  • Define specific responses to common questions

How do I transfer conversations from AI to human agents?

Conversations can transfer from AI to human agents in three ways:

  1. Automatic escalation based on predefined triggers

All conversation history is preserved during transfers.
