Quick Setup Guide

This guide provides a streamlined process to get ABC Salesbot up and running in under 30 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit app.abcsalesbot.com and click "Register"
2. Enter your business information and contact details
3. Verify your email address
4. Log in to your new account

Step 2: Create Your First AI Agent

1. Navigate to "AI Agents" in the main menu
2. Click "Create New Agent"
3. For quick setup, select one of the pre-configured templates:
   • Sales Agent
   • Customer Support Agent
   • Appointment Scheduler
4. Customize the agent name and welcome message
5. Click "Save" to create your agent

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp

1. Go to "Settings" > "Messaging Channels"
2. Click "Add Channel" and select "WhatsApp"
3. Choose between WhatsApp Business Platform or WhatsApp Cloud API
4. Follow the guided process to connect your WhatsApp Business number
5. Complete Facebook Business verification if required

Step 4: Import Your First Leads

1. Navigate to the "Leads" section
2. Click "Import" button
3. Download our sample CSV template
4. Add your lead data to the template (or use our sample data for testing)
5. Upload the completed CSV file
6. Map the columns to the correct lead fields
7. Complete the import

Step 5: Test Your Setup

1. Select a test lead from your imported list
2. Click "Send Message" to initiate a conversation
3. Type a test message and send it
4. Check that the message is delivered successfully
5. If you have an AI agent configured, verify that it responds to replies
