Messaging Channels
Messaging channels are the different ways that you can send messages to your leads. We support:
- WhatsApp Messaging Channel
- SMS Messaging Channel
- Telegram Messaging Channel
- Naver Line Messaging Channel
You can connect one or more messaging channels of the same type, giving you a unified inbox. This means that AI Agents can reach your leads on any of these channels. An automation can have multiple messages for different channels.
You can send and receive text, images, audio, and videos in a bi-directional manner. In addition, voice notes are supported, and AI Agents can reply with voice messages.
