Overview
Messaging channels are critical components for customer engagement, and Naver Line is one of them. The Naver Line integration allows you to:
- Automatically sync messages from Naver Line, ensuring that you never miss an interaction.
- Manage lead data effectively with streamlined contact information.
- Utilize built-in automation features to enhance messaging workflows.
Note: Naver Line requires a long-lived access token for the bot to function. Please refer to this page for detailed instructions on creating your channel and generating the necessary token.
Setup Instructions
Create a Naver Line Channel:
- Sign up for a Naver developer account.
- Create a new channel for your business.
Obtain API Credentials:
- Retrieve the API Key and Secret from your Naver developer console.
- Configure these credentials in the ABC Salesbot dashboard.
Note: Webhook creation is handled automatically by ABC Salesbot when you connect the Naver Line channel.
Best Practices
- Use secure connections (HTTPS) for webhook communication.
- Regularly rotate API credentials.
- Monitor the integration logs for any issues.
Limitations
- Naver Line doesn't support document sending or receiving.
- Stickers are not supported; it only provides a text description of the sticker.
- No support for reactions.
