Inviting Attendees

Creating Invitation Templates

  1. Go to Templates in your dashboard
  2. Click Create New Template
  3. Select your messaging channel (WhatsApp or Telegram)
  4. Enable "Is the image a QR code" option
  5. Design your invitation with event details
  6. Save your template

Setting Up Invitation Automation

  1. Navigate to Automation section
  2. Create or select an existing automation
  3. Create a new automation message using your invitation template
  4. Select "Is this a template for event pass" and click Yes
  5. Choose the specific event for the invitation
  6. The system will encode the event invitation code into the QR code

Sending Invitations

  1. Configure your sending schedule
  2. Add leads to the automation
  3. Launch the invitation campaign
  4. Monitor delivery and engagement rates

Managing Your Guest List

Adding Attendees Manually

  • Navigate to your event dashboard
  • Use Add Attendee to manually add leads
  • Import attendees from your lead database
  • Bulk import from CSV files

Attendee Status Tracking

Track attendees through different stages:

  • Invited: Lead has received an invitation
  • Registered: Lead has confirmed attendance (if using RSVP)
  • Checked-in: Attendee has arrived and been checked in
  • No-show: Invited but did not attend
