Inviting Attendees
Creating Invitation Templates
- Go to Templates in your dashboard
- Click Create New Template
- Select your messaging channel (WhatsApp or Telegram)
- Enable "Is the image a QR code" option
- Design your invitation with event details
- Save your template
Setting Up Invitation Automation
- Navigate to Automation section
- Create or select an existing automation
- Create a new automation message using your invitation template
- Select "Is this a template for event pass" and click Yes
- Choose the specific event for the invitation
- The system will encode the event invitation code into the QR code

- Navigate to your event dashboard
- Use Add Attendee to manually add leads
